  • Attend meetups, conferences, educational and virtual industry events

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships virtually and through regular site visits to ensure maximum client success

  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and lead generation via networking and associations

  • Identify strategic opportunities that generate leads

  • Develop, grow and maintain knowledge of our products and services, competition, customer issues, market dynamics, company vision, the competition, sales strategy

  • Stay up to date on cannabis legislation

  • Meet or exceed quarterly goals that include sales totals as well as new contracts with dispensaries, retailers and product developers

  • Understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution based on our software to potential clients

  • Define and execute strategies and tactics necessary to achieve signings and revenue goals and over-achieve commitments to the business.



  • Existing professional network within the cannabis industry

  • Proactive, optimistic, outgoing, professional with energy and enthusiasm

  • Self-motivated, dependable, punctual with a laser focus on follow up

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • 4+ years in customer relationship, sales and/or account management,
